Armin von Bogdandy, director of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, published the chapter titled “El constitucionalismo para la democracia en el siglo XXI: hallazgos del Congreso del 2024 a la luz de su nombre” (translation: Constitutionalism for Democracy in the 21st Century: Findings from the 2024 Congress in Light of Its Name) which forms part of Volume VII of the collective work Constitutionalism for Democracy in the 21st Century: Comparative Ibero-American Constitutional Law. The volume compiles the proceedings of the 16th Ibero-American Congress on Constitutional Law, “Constitutionalism for 21st-Century Democracy,” held in honor of the Federal Constitution of 1824 from October 21 to 25 of that year.
