Amnesty Law for Democratic Coexistence
The National Assembly published the Amnesty Law for Democratic Coexistence in Official Gazette No. 6,990 Extraordinary, dated February 19, 2026.
The law establishes the purpose, temporal and personal scope of the amnesty, the acts covered, the crimes excluded, and the judicial procedure for its application.
