ICCAL&#8217;s comparative approach, which examines the interplay between Latin American legal orders and the Inter-American Human Rights System, fitted naturally into this setting by offering a Latin American complement to the European debate on multilevel protection. After the lecture, Morales Antoniazzi held an exchange with \u00c1ngel Rodr\u00edguez, Professor at UMA, Director of EURights and President of the Asociaci\u00f3n de Constitucionalistas de Espa\u00f1a
